摘 要 随着社会的发展，科技的进步，人们就业的形式也越来越严峻。随着就业形 势日渐激烈，传统的面对面找工作模式已经不能满足当今需求，必须有一个快速 而又准确的就业管理平台来连接求职者和企业、单位，本系统为求职者和用人单 位招聘提供了良好的平台。 本文针对郑州财税金融职业学院就业管理系统的现状，给出了其课题背景和 研究意义，结合国内外研究现状，采用软件工程指导方法，首先进行了需求分析， 需求分析主要包括功能需求和性能需求分析，功能需求主要有系统管理、学生管 理、就业管理等主要的功能模块，需求分析确定后，然后选择 B/S 模式的设计方 案，采用 SQL Server 数据库，运行.NET 开发工具对系统进行过程建模和系统设计， 系统设计包括网络拓扑结构设计、体系结构设计和数据库设计，然后对应需求分 析和系统设计对每一个功能模块进行实现。郑州财税金融职业学院就业管理系统 对各个功能模块和性能经过测试，测试情况良好。 关键字：B/S 就业管理 招聘 .NET  Abstract With the social development and technological advances, Job seekers more and more severe forms of employment.
