摘要 摘 要 I I 现代经济是金融经济。国际金融中心是金融强国的主要标志，是一国金融体系的 核心，是金融资源的聚集之地。中国作为一个正在和平崛起的经济大国，迫切需要建 立一个具有一定影响力的国际金融中心。目前，推动金融体制改革已上升为国家战略， 金融业进入加速推进的快车道，从而造成我国内地城市建设金融中心的呼声一片，中 国的“金融中心热”又被提到日程上来。如何定位和建设我国国际金融中心，成为研 究者面前的一个重点课题。在此背景下，研究我国国际金融中心建设，具有较强的现 实意义。本文试图在国际金融中心相关理论的基础上，通过构建国际金融中心评估模 型，对北京、上海的金融中心地位进行预测。通过实证分析和数据的对比，得出北京 更适合建设为全球性国际金融中心。但考虑到我国的国情和金融资源的有效利用，提 出上海应在国内金融中心建设的基础上，朝着区域性金融中心方向发展。最后，对京 沪金融中心的建设提出不同的政策建议。 关键词：国际金融中心 定位 评估指标体系 A Abstract II II Finance is the core of modern economy. The international financial centre can gather large financial resources and it is the core of a countrys financial system. It is the main symbol of financial power. As a rising economic power, China should establish its own international financial centre with a certain influence. Now, our country has raised the reform of financial system as a national strategy. The financial industry entered the fast lane of rapid development. And it brings the call of financial center construction in many cities. The hot of China financial center is mentioned on the agenda too. But how to position and build our international financial centre is a problem that we meet now. On the background, we research the construction of international financial center that has a strong practical significance. This article attempts to predict the position of Beijing and Shanghai on the basis of relevant theories by building the evaluation model of international financial center. And it summarize that Beijing is more suitable to build our country’s international financial center through the empirical analysis. But considering our countrys national conditions and the effective use of financial resources, we conclude that Beijing can build the international financial center and Shanghai can build the regional financial center on the basis of domestic financial center. At last, this thesis put forward different policy suggestions to Beijing and Shanghai in building the financial center. Keywords: the international financia
