II II Abstract In the Northern Warlords Period, female crime phenomenon became serious, and finally accumulation into affect social stability and development of serious social problem .Therefore, the government and society attached great importance to this outstanding problem.Firstly, This paper simply defines the concept of female crime, and analyzes the social environment for the escalation of female crimes. Secondly, maily studies the situation of female crimes in the Northern Warlords Period, such as the number, type, age and other characteristics of female crimes on the basis of statistic analysis. With the devastation of female crimes, the nation and society adopted strict punishment and measures. Finally explores the reasons and impact of female crimes in the Nothern Warlords Period. Through the exploration of the reasons and impact of female crimes, on the one hand,the relation between crime and social elements can be demonstrated. the phenomenon of female criminality during the social transformation is just a microcosm of social problems in the Northern warlords. female crime is the whole period of northern warlord complicated society, a profile and representation of this problem of research helps to fully understand the northern warlord period of social transition On the other hand, Female crime in the special time of change, reflecting the social evolution from ignorance to civilization, but also reflecting the subject of Chinese women for thousands of years consciousness and the human instinct to be suppressed the call.
