中文摘要 中国加入 WTO 后，跨国公司纷纷在中国建立了生产基地， Made In China 巳为世界人民所熟悉，中罔已成为世界工厂。然而，工厂的管理并不是件容易的 事情，工广管理的好坏，直接影响着产品的质量，成本，交货期等各项指标的完 成。其中生产物料控制是企业管理的重要一环。 论文对工厂物料流通的各个环节作了一个全面的介绍，问时指出了物料管拉 ‘各个环节中发现的…些管理上的缺陷。针对这些问题，不仅改进了现有的流程， 并且运用 Six Sigma 概念对物料盘点精确度和呆料处理进行了追踪分析。 ‘ 首先，这用 Six Sigma 中 DMAIC 的方法改进了呆料库存状态。根据市场需求， 吃 工厂不断地有一些产品调整生产，造成生产物料积压，导致胁。库存不断地增加， 成为业务中的负担。通过采用 DMAIC 的方法，找出了导致问题的根本原因，研究 出了减少 EO 库存的方法，从而减少了对业务盈余的影响，改进了现金流的状况。 其次，运用 Six Sigma 中 SCP 的方法改进了库存盘点中遇到的各种问题，提 高了生产物料盘点的精确度，避免了不精确的库存量所导致的生产缺料，甚至生 产线断线现象。 通过生产物料控制方式方法的研究与实现，做到了库存的合理控制与物料的 及时准确的追踪，保证了工广生产的正常运转，取得了显著的经济效益。 关键词: Six Sigma SPC DMAIC 物料控制流程 ABSTRACT 啕‘rr ‘ As a11 of us known ，a位erChina e时oyed in WTO，almost all ofthe worlds company come to China to establish the manufacture base. ‘ Made in China‘ is known by all of the world. And China has already become the manufactory of the world. But 伽e factory management is not a v町y easy thing. Manufactory is the center of the producing enterprise. The thesis introduces the general process ofthe materials running in the factory. And also found the diffì町ent existing defects in materials controlling process. In ord町 to solve these defects，not only improving the cuηent process ，but also using technical method Six Sigma to improve the pe旷ormance of materials cycle count and EO materials tracking and managemen t. Firstly，use DMAIC method ωimprove the invenωry performance of EO materials. As requested by the market，the factory needs to adjust the production continuously.
