贵州大学硕士学位论文 贵州大学硕士学位论文 I IV RESEARCH AND REALIZATION OF ORDER PRODUCTION AND OPERATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Abstract With the globalization of the world economy and the rapid development of information technology，competition among enterprises more and more intense。Old enterprise management mechanism can not meet the development requirements of enterprises，if we want to survive in the warm competition，we must improve existing management ， and through use Management Information System(MIS) to help strengthening enterprise management。 The thesis analyzes，firstly，in recent manufacturing enterprise of our country， problems that exist in production，and operation management field. Considering these problems，study for the issue，comprehensive use fabrication technology，information technology ， automation technology ， modern management technology ， software engineering technology，the entire process of production in the human，technical， management and information flow and logistics integrated into the system，make use of MIS to help business management，optimize the existing production management process and production information resources，broken through the traditional mode of production management that information transmission and handling by manual. Improve the efficiency of the process ， reduce the operating costs of production ， achieve scientific，standard and strict process control，to help enterprises achieve the goal for high efficiency and internal business operation rationalization。 Then a system analysis and overall design of the Order Production And Operation Management System is given in this paper，in the conclusion of this paper，a detailed discussion of the key technology to implement the system is given。 Full considering the management for life cycle of order in design of the Order Production And Operation Management System.
