Abstract With the rapid development of social economy, The box office information management uses statistical manual operation and the old management model and it no longer meets the requirements of the current development of the film market, affecting the quality and efficiency of the relevant statistical information, so instead of using a computer statistical management manual management becomes the development trend， through statistical management information system，it manages the entire business process and in order to improve the management efficiency of the various departments to promote the comprehensive development of statistical information box office management work for the sustainable development and create more revenue. The papers gives the needs of the current market situation and box office box office statistics management information, it designes and implementes a .NET-based box office information management system. Paper first describes the background box office information management system and development significance, and then discusses the research status related systems, introduces .NET related technologies, analyzes box office information management system requirements , namely the use of entity relationship diagrams and use case diagram system data and modeling needs , given the systems B/S application architecture design .
