输血检验质量控制方法及应用意义研究 　　摘要：目的 研究探讨输血检验的质量控制方法，并分析其应用价值。方法 随机抽取2015年3月～9月在我院接受输血治疗的患者400例作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，每组各有200例，对照组患者在输血检验前未经血型实验室质量控制，观察组患者则在输血检验前实施严格的质量控制，分别对两组患者输血安全事故发生率、患者满意度等进行比较。结果 观察组和对照组患者输血安全事故发生率分别为0.50%和5.00%，患者的输血满意度分别为98.00%和75.50%，均有观察组显著高于对照组的情况，比较有统计学差异（P0.05）。结论 接受输血治疗的患者在输血检验前对标本采集、血型鉴定、交叉配型等各个环节实施严格的实验室质量控制，有利于降低输血安全事故的发生率，最大程度避免医患纠纷的发生，提高患者的满意度，颇具应用价值。 　　关键词：输血检验；质量控制；应用价值 　　中图分类号：R446.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）24-0184-02 　　Study on Quality Control Method and Application Significance of Blood Transfusion Test 　　QIU Tai-hua 　　（Department of Transfusion，Lincang Peoples Hospital，Lincang 677000，Yunnan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To study the quality control method of blood transfusion test and analyze its application value.Methods Randomly selected from March 2015 to September received a blood transfusion in our hospital 400 patients as the research object，randomly divided into two groups，each group had 200 cases，patients in the control group before transfusion testing laboratory quality control group，while patients in the observation group blood transfusion testing before the implementation of strict quality control，respectively.The incidence rate of the two groups of patients with blood transfusion safety accidents，to compare patient satisfaction.Results The observation group and the control group of patients with blood transfusion safety accident rate were 0.50% and 5.00%，blood transfusion for patients satisfaction were 98.00% and 75.50%，the observation group were significantly higher than that of control group，were statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Patients with transfusion of specimen collection，blood test in blood transfusion before test.All aspects of the implementation of cross matching laboratory of strict quality control，to reduce the blood transfusion safety accident rate，the maximum extent to avoid the occurrence of medical disputes，improve patient satisfaction，and has an application value. 　　Key words：Bloo
