透明敷贴联合纱布敷料在Ⅰ期压疮防治中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨透明敷贴联合纱布敷料在Ⅰ期压疮预防和治疗中的效果。 方法 选择本院2013年4月～2014年7月收治的压疮高危患者和Ⅰ期压疮患者100例作研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例，观察组采用透明敷贴联合纱布敷料预防和治疗Ⅰ期压疮，对照组采用透明敷贴预防和治疗Ⅰ期压疮，观察两组的压疮发生率和治疗总有效率。 结果 观察组Ⅰ期压疮总有效率显著高于对照组，压疮高危患者压疮发生率显著低于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 透明敷贴联合纱布敷料应用于Ⅰ期压疮的防治有良好的临床效果，价格相对便宜，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 透明敷贴；纱布敷料；压疮 　　[中图分类号] R751 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）01（b）-0018-03 　　Application of transparent patch combined with gauze dressing on prevention and cure of stage-one pressure sore 　　DENG Na ZHONG Ru-mei YANG Hong 　　Intensive Care Unit，People′s Hospital of Pingxiang City in Jiangxi Province，Pingxiang 337000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of transparent patch combined with gauze dressing on prevention and cure of stage-one pressure sore. Methods One hundred patients with pressure sores in high risk or at stage-one admitted into our hospital from April 2013 to July 2014 were selected as research objects and evenly divided into observation group and control group in random，each group of 50 cases.In the observation group，transparent patch combined with gauze dressing was applied in the prevention and cure of stage-one pressure sore，while in the control group，only transparent patch was used for the prevention and cure of stage-one pressure sore.The incidence rate of pressure sores and therapeutic effective rate in the two groups were observed. Results Total effective rate of stage-one pressure sore in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，incidence rate of high-risk pressure sore was remarkably lower than that in the control group（P0.05）.
