透明角膜切口超声乳化术后植入硬性人工晶状体疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究透明角膜切口超声乳化术后植入硬性人工晶状体的应用价值。方法 方便选择该院2015年3月―2016年7月期间收治的114例白内障患者，按照随机数字法顺序分为研究组与对照组各57例，研究组采取透明角膜切口，对照组采取巩膜隧道切口，比较2组患者治疗效果。结果 经过观察2组患者治疗效果看出，术后1 d研究组患者视力≥0.5发生率82.46%、7 d发生率94.74%明显比对照组70.18%、85.96%高（χ2=4.421，P0.05）；研究组并发症发生率5.26%比对照组14.04%低（χ2=4.421，P0.05）；且总有效率91.23%，明显比对照组总有效率80.70%高，结果差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.595，P0.05）。?Y论 透明角膜切口超声乳化术后植入硬性人工晶状体效果显著，明显改善患者视力情况，安全性较高，具有推广及应用的价值。 　　[关键词] 疗效分析；硬性人工晶状体；超声乳化术；透明角膜切口 　　[中图分类号] R776 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）10（b）-0080-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to study the application value of intraocular lens implantation after phacoemulsification with clear corneal incision. Methods A total of 114 patients with cataract enrolled in this hospital from March 2015 to July 2016 were conveniently selected and were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number order 57 case in each group. The study group received transparent corneal incision and the control group received scleral tunnel incision， and the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared the treatment effect of the two groups， the incidence of visual acuity of ≥ 0.5 in the study group was 82.46% and 94.74% on 7 d， significantly higher than those in control group of 70.18% and 85.96%（χ2= 4.421，P0.05）； The complications rate was 5.26% in the study group， lower than that of the control group of 14.04%，（χ2=4.421，P0.05）； the total effective rate in the study group was 91.23%， significantly higher than that of the control group of 80.70%， the Results were statistically significant （χ2=4.595，P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of implantation of rigid intraocular lens （IOL） after phacoemulsification is obvious， which improves the visual acuity and safety of the patients with phacoemulsification.
