运用七步就业指导法促进高职院校毕业生就业探索 　　Exploration on Promoting the Employment of Graduates from Vocational Schools 　　by Using Seven-step Career Guidance Methods 　　 　　 Li Jianxin 　　（四川建筑职业技术学院，德阳 618000） 　　（Sichuan College of Architectural Technology，Deyang 618000，China） 　　 　　摘要：进入21世纪我国高等教育实现了由“精英化”高等教育向“大众化”高等教育的战略转变，随着“大众化”教育时代的来临，大学生就业难的问题成为了21世纪学生及家长乃至全社会普遍关注的“难点”、“热点”问题，其中高职学生就业状况尤其令人堪忧。高职教育是现代教育的重要组成部分，是工业化和生产社会化、现代化的重要支柱，高职学生就业状况直接决定高职教育的可持续发展。为了保证高职教育健康、有序、快速地发展，解决以就业为中心的高职院校的发展问题，就成为了我们每一个高职教育工作者必须思考和解决的问题。 　　Abstract: Into the 21st century, Chinas higher education realized the strategic change from elite higher education to popularization higher education. with the advent of popularization higher education, employment problems of college students became the difficult and hot problem of the students and parents in21st century and even the whole society, in which the employment of higher vocational students is particularly worrying. Higher vocational education is an important part of the modern education, the important pillar industrialization, socialized production and modernization. The situation of vocational students employment directly determines the sustainable development of higher vocational education. In order to ensure the healthy and order development of higher vocational education, to quickly solve the employment problem which is the center of the development of vocational institutes become a problem of higher vocational education workers must think and solve. 　　关键词：高职院校 择业 职业指导 就业 　　Key words: higher vocational colleges；choosing an occupation；vocational guidance；obtain employment 　　中图分类号：G71文献标识码：A文章编号：1006-4311（2011）27-0233-02 　　0引言 　　高职院校的大三，是就业冲刺、实践运用阶段。学生的知识储备、能力锻炼、素质培养，在前两个阶段已基本完成，辅导员应该将工作的重心放在引导学生就业，为高职学生求职择业创造一个良好的环境等。 　　1目前高职院校大三学生就业困难的原因 　　高职院校大三学生，在参加招聘会，求职应聘时，有很大一部分学生找不到自己理想中的工作，甚至还有一部分学生根本就找不到工作。通过调查分析，主要原因有以下几个方面： 　　①学生对当前就业形式没有正确认识，对招聘单位的不了解；②学生综合能力不高，对自己专业认识不清；③学生缺少就业经验，期望值太高；④招聘单位对学生所学的专业情况不了解或不够了解；⑤招聘单位对学生过于挑剔；⑥学院引进的招聘单位专业单
