趋化因子受体CCR7在胃癌患者外周血CD3CD8T细胞上表达情况及其与肿瘤相关研究 　　[摘要]目的 检测胃癌患者术前、术后外周血中CD3+CD8+T细胞上趋化因子受体(chemokine receptor)CCR7的表达情况，探讨CCR7在胃癌的发生、发展及浸润转移过程中的作用。方法 利用流式细胞仪检测每一例患者外周血，以CELLQuest软件分析获取CD3+CD8+T细胞，检测趋化因子受体CCR7的阳性表达率。比较胃癌患者与正常人外周血CD3+CD8+T细胞上趋化因子受体CCR7的表达情况；比较胃癌患者术前、术后外周血CD3+CD8+T细胞上趋化因子受体CCR7表达阳性率变化。结果 胃癌患者外周血CD3+CD8+T细胞上CCR7阳性表达率与正常人比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05），可以认为正常对照组外周血CD3+CD8+T细胞上CCR7阳性表达率比患者组高；术前组与术后组比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05），可以认为胃癌患者术后组外周血CD3+CD8+T细胞上CCR7阳性表达率比术前组高。结论 CCR7在胃癌患者外周血CD3+CD8+T细胞上高度表达，并与胃癌的病理分化程度、肿瘤大小和临床分期的密切相关；CCR7的表达可能与促细胞凋亡和抗细胞凋亡蛋白质有关。 　　关键词：CCR7 抗肿瘤效应 肿瘤转移 趋化因子 流式细胞术 　　Research on the Expression of Chemokine C Receptor 7 On the Peripheral Blood CD3+CD8+T Cells of Patiences With Gastric Cancer and Its relationship with Tumour Xu Yu-gang ,Cui gang,Cheng ming 　　【Abstract】Objective The research is to investigate the expression of Chemokine C Receptor 7 on the peripheral blood CD3+CD8+T cells of patients with gastric cancer before and after the operation, analyse the relativity among the expression of CCR7,the pathology differentiation extent of gastric cancer, the size of tumour and the clinical stage, and then to discuss the function of CCR7 in the process of the occurrence and development, the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.Methods Flow Cytometer is used to examine the peripheral blood of every patience and CELLQuest is used to obtain and analyse CD3+CD8+T cells and also examine the masculine expressive rate of CCR7. The research also compares the expression of CCR7 on the peripheral blood CD3+CD8+T cells of patients with gastric cancer with that of normal controls, the preoperative and postoperative masculine expressive rate of CCR7 of the patients with gastric cancer on the peripheral blood CD3+CD8+T cells.Results There are significant differences between the masculine expressive rate of CCR7 of the patients with gastric cancer on the peripheral blood CD3+CD8+T cells and that of the normal control (p0.05), from which we can consider that the masculin
