关于水泥混凝土路面常见病害与预防性养护技术研究 常锦 长沙理工大学 摘 要：水泥混凝土路面是高等级公路路面结构的主要型式之一，但往往由于各种主客观原因，相当多的路面在使用2-5年甚至更短时间后就产生了板底脱空、卿泥、裂缝和断板等病害。同时，水泥混凝土路面的维修成本高，养生时间长，维修期间交通干扰严重，一旦破坏就很难修复。因而，认清水泥混凝土路面产生病害的原因并进行预防性养护，是当今工程界需要解决的问题。本文研究围绕着水泥混凝土路面的养护问题，对水泥混凝土路面的常见病害及产生的原因，路况调查及性能评价，路面使用性能预测，预防性养护措施与时机选择行了研究。 关键词：病害；路面性能评价；使用性能预测；预防性养护；时机选择 About the disease with common cement concrete pavement preventive maintenance technology research Chang jin (Changsha University of Science Technology Transportation engineering institute, The name of the gradeiron， Changsha,410004) Abstract: Cement concrete pavement is one of the main types used in high classic highways, but usually because of various subjective and objective reasons, it has a lot of disease like empty beneath pavement slab, spurt slush, crack, breaking slab and so on in 2 to 5 years or even after a shorter time. At the same time, the maintenance cost of cement concrete is quite high, the health time is long, the traffic interference is serious during maintenance, and it’s difficult to repair once destruction. Thus, a clear understanding of the cement concrete pavement disease and preventive maintenance need to be resolved in todays engineering community. This paper revolves around the maintenance issues of the cement concrete pavement to do research on common diseases and causes of the cement concrete pavement, traffic surveys and performance evaluation, pavement performance prediction, and preventive maintenance measures and the opportunity election. Key words: disease; pavement performance evaluation; performance prediction; preventive maintenance; opportunity election 1 引言 水泥混凝土路面作为一种高级路面结构形式，以其强度高、稳定性和耐久性好、耐高温、耐磨耗以及养护费用少等优点而得到了广泛的应用。然而水泥混凝土路面一旦损坏，修复非常困难，这必然加大路面改造的难度和养护管理工作的繁重程度。 随着通车里程和使用年限的不断增长，我国公路交通事业开始由快速建设阶段向养护管理阶段过渡。为了有效缓解养护管理工作量快速增加和养护资金缺口巨大带来的压力，提高路网效率，除了加快养护管理体制与养护运行机制改革、加大养护资金的投入外，还必须转变养护管理指导思想、变革养护管理模式，全面调整一些传统的养护观念和习惯做法，使公路养护由被动养护向科学养护转变，由单一养护、粗放型养护向复合型、集约型养护转变，全面推行预防性养护，从而建立起具有主动性、预见性和系统性的公路养护工作体系。 2 水泥混凝土路面常见病害及原因
