针灸结合Maitland手法治疗神经根型颈椎病效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨针灸结合Maitland手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2011年1月～2014年1月收治的200例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各100例。对照组给予卧床休息、静脉注射相同的扩管药物、颈椎牵引、颈部超短波等治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用针灸结合Maitland手法治疗。比较两组治疗前后的VAS与NDI评分及优良率。 结果 两组治疗后的VAS与NDI评分显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。观察组治疗后的VAS与NDI评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的优良率为90.0%，显著高于对照组的70.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 针灸结合Maitland手法治疗神经根型颈椎病效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 针灸；Maitland手法；神经根型颈椎病；效果 　　[中图分类号] R681.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）08（c）-0108-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Maitland technique in the treatment of nerve-root type cervical spondylosis. Methods 200 patients with nerve-root type cervical spondylosis from January 2011 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，100cases in each group.The control group was treated with bed rest，intravenous injection of the same pipe expanding drugs，cervical traction and neck ultrashort，the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Maitland technique on the basis of the control group.The score of VAS and NDI，the excellent and good rate in two groups was compared respectively. Results The score of VAS and NDI after treatment in two groups was lower than that before treatment，with significant difference（P0.01）.The score of VAS and NDI after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference（P0.05）.The excellent and good rate in the observation group was 90.0%，which was higher than 70.0% in the control group，with significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Maitland technique in the treatment of nerve-root type cervical spondylosis is significant，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Acupuncture and moxibustion；Maitland technique；Nerve-root type cervical spondylosis；Effect 　　颈
