针灸联合中医定向透药治疗中风肩手综合征疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 分析针灸联合中医定向透药治疗中风肩手综合征的临床疗效。 方法 选择我院2015年8月～2016年10月间收治的中风肩手综合征患者66例，依据治疗方法差异性均分两组。予以针灸治疗的33例患者为对照组，予以针灸联合中医定向透药治疗的33例患者为观察组，最后对两组患者的治疗效果、FMA评分、VAS评分和ADL评分进行统计和总结。 结果 通过对患者实施不同方法治疗后，观察组患者的治疗总有效率（97.0%）明显高于对照组的治疗总有效率（78.8%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组和对照组患者不同方法治疗后的FMA评分、ADL评分及VAS评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 针灸联合中医定向透药治疗中风肩手综合征，效果理想，同时可以使患者的日常生活活动能力有效改善，疼痛也可以明显缓解，临床应用价值存在。 　　[关键词] 针灸；中医定向透药；中风肩手综合征 　　[中图分类号] R245；R255.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）28-0116-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional delivery in the treatment of stroke shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods 66 patients with stroke shoulder-hand syndrome who were admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to October 2016 were selected. According to the differences of treatment methods， the patients were equally divided into two groups. 33 patients treated with acupuncture were assigned to the control group， and 33 patients treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional delivery were assigned to the observation group. Finally， the therapeutic effect， FMA score， VAS score and ADL score were statistically analyzed and summarized in both groups. Results The total effective rate（97.0%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that（78.8%） in the control group after different treatment methods， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）； there was statistically significant difference in FMA scores， the ADL scores and VAS scores between the observation group and the control group after different treatment methods（P0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional delivery in the treatment of stroke shoulder-hand syndrome has an ideal effect.
