针灸联合推拿辅助治疗椎动脉型颈椎病可行性分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨针灸联合推拿辅助治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法 选择2014年1月～2015年12月在我院接受治疗的98例椎动脉型颈椎病患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各49例。对照组采用推拿治疗，研究组采用针灸联合推拿辅助治疗。比较两组的治疗效果及治疗前后血流动力学指标变化情况。结果 研究组的临床治疗总有效率为93.87%，显著高于对照组的75.51%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。?勺橹瘟坪蟮?TMFV、PSV、PI、RI指标较治疗前显著改善，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组治疗后的TMFV、PSV显著高于对照组治疗后，PI和RI显著低于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 针灸联合推拿辅助治疗椎动脉型颈椎病可显著改善患者的椎动脉血流状态，具有更好的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]椎动脉型颈椎病；针灸；推拿；血流状态 　　[中图分类号] R681.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）03（c）-0125-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture assisted with massage in the adjuvant treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods Altogether 98 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method，49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with massage therapy，the study group was given acupuncture combined with massage treatment.The therapeutic effects and the changes of hemodynamics before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.87%，which was higher than that in the control group （75.51%），with significant difference （P0.05）.The indexes of TMFV，PSV，PI，RI after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment，with significant difference （P0.05）.The indexes of TMFV and PSV after treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group，the indexes of PI and RI after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion Combination of application of acupuncture and massage therapy in the adjuvant treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type can significantly improve vertebral arterial blood flow status，which can achieve better clinical treatme
