针灸腰八针等穴改善强直性脊柱炎疼痛和活动功能临床研究 　　【摘 要】目的：观察针灸腰八针等穴位改善强直性脊柱炎患者疼痛和功能情况。方法：将120例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例。对照组口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片和双氯芬酸钠缓释片；治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上，加用针灸腰夹脊八穴、肾俞、大肠俞、秩边、环跳、委中等穴位。 　　【关键词】 脊柱炎，强直性；针灸疗法；腰八针；疼痛；活动功能 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.2095-4174.2014.04.003 　　Clinical Study on Needling Points Mainly Along the Spinal Column to Relieve Pain and Improve Activity of Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis 　　BAI Yu，GAO Yan，GUO Hui-qing，LOU Yu-qian，ZHOU Zi-peng 　　【ABSTRACT】 Objective：To observe the function of needling points mainly along the spinal column in relieving pain and improving activity of patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods：120 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group were given orally Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets and Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets； the treatment group were treated by needling the eight points along the spinal column and other points such as Shenshu （BL23），Dachangshu （BL25），Zhibian （BL54），Huantiao （GB30），and Weizhong （BL40）.At the same time，moxibustion was made.The two groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment，30 days for 1 course.After the treatment，observed the changes of pain，signs and laboratory indicators.Results：The VAS score，thoracic activity，Sch?rber test，spinal mobility and heel-hip distance of the two groups after treatment much improved compared with those before the treatment，the treatment group being better than the control group （P 0.05）.Conclusion：Needing points mainly along the spinal column could relieve pain and improve activity of patients with ankylosing spondylitis （kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome），conducive to the recovery of patients with ankylosing spondylitis during the acute stage. 　　【Keywords】 spondylitis，ankylosing；treatment method；acupuncture therapy；needing points mainly along the spinal column 　　强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis，AS）是血清阴性脊柱关节病的原型，主要侵犯骶髂关节、髋关节、椎间关节和肋椎关节，早期以炎性腰背痛、肌腱端炎、外周关节炎和关节外表
