针灸联合康复训练治疗老年脑卒中偏瘫疗效观察 　　【摘 要】 目的 观察针灸联合康复训练治疗老年脑卒中偏瘫的疗效。方法 选取我院针灸科住院病人，分为2组，针灸组50例，对照组50例。对照组治疗以常规对症治疗，针灸组给予针灸治疗+康复训练+对症治疗。分别在入院时及治疗后3月对针灸组与对照组进行下肢B.S.M分期、肢体FMA评分及改良Barthel指数比较。结果 针灸组与对照组性别、年龄、脑卒中类型及偏瘫肢体方向，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；入院时针灸组与对照组肢体B.S.M分期、肢体FMA评分及改良Barthel指数分别为（2.5±0.9、12.6±4.4、23.7±1.2；2.5±0.8、12.5±4.5、23.6±1.1），差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后3月针灸组与对照组B.S.M分期、肢体FMA评分及改良Barthel指数分别为（4.4±1.6、25.7±7.8、77.9±3.1；3.7±1.2、21.3±8.1、50.4±2.8），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 针灸联合康复训练治疗老年脑卒中偏瘫能够明显改善患者肢体功能，促进患者脑卒中后的恢复。 　　【关键词】 针灸 康复训练 脑卒中 偏瘫 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the acupuncture combined treatment the curative effect of senile cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia rehabilitation training. Methods select our hospital acupuncture hospital patients， divided into 2 groups， 50 cases acupuncture group， control group of 50 cases. Control group treat with conventional symptomatic treatment， acupuncture and moxibustion group was given acupuncture plus rehabilitation training + symptomatic treatment. Respectively in March on admission and after treatment of installment， body acupuncture group and control group in lower limb B.S.M compared FMA score and modified Barthel index. Results acupuncture group and control group in sex， age， type and cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia limbs， there was no statistically significant difference （P 0.05）； Hospital， body acupuncture group and control group member B.S.M staging was FMA score and modified Barthel index respectively （2.5 + / - 0.9， 12.6 + / - 4.4 and 4.4 + / - 1.2； 2.5 + / - 0.8， 12.5 + / - 4.5 and 4.5 + / - 1.1）， there was no statistically significant difference （P 0.05）； March B.S.M acupuncture group and control group after treatment in installment， body FMA score and modified Barthel index respectively （4.4 + / - 1.6， 25.7 + / - 7.8 and 7.8 + / - 3.1； 3.7 + / - 1.2， 21.3 + / - 8.1 and 8.1 + / - 2.8）， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.
