针灸联合推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨针灸联合推拿手法治疗治疗神经根型颈椎病的?R床疗效及其安全性。 方法 选取于2014年1月～2016年12月在我院接受治疗的300例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象，按随机分配方式分为对照组和治疗组，各150例，对照组给予针灸疗法治疗，治疗组给予针灸联合推拿手法治疗，观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后VAS评分、不良反应等情况。 结果 治疗组总有效率为94.67%，对照组总有效率为83.33%，两组比较差异有显著性意义（P0.05）。 结论 针灸联合推拿手法治疗能改善神经根型颈椎病患者肩颈部疼痛、患侧上肢放射痛或麻木感、头晕头痛等症状，具有操作简便、损伤少、恢复快、疗效高等优点，且不良反应发生率低，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　[关键词] 神经根型颈椎病；针灸；推拿；中医疗法 　　[中图分类号] R246.9；R274.9 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）30-0127-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with massage manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods 300 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as study subjects. According to the random assignment method， the patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group， with 150 patients in each group. The control group was given acupuncture therapy， and the treatment group was given acupuncture combined with massage manipulation. The clinical efficacy， VAS scores before and after treatment， as well as adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 94.67% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group. The difference was significant between the two groups（P0.05）.
