针灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫可行性及对生活质量影响 　　[摘要] 目的 评价针灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫的可行性及对生活质量的影响。 方法 选取2010年5月～2013年4月本院收治的110例脑卒中偏瘫患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各55例。对照组给予康复训练；观察组在对照组的基础上给予针灸治疗，比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后运动功能变化情况。 结果 观察组总有效率为92.73%，显著优于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后两组Fual-Meyer运动功能评分显著高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），观察组治疗后的Fual-Meyer运动功能评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 针灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫疗效好，能显著改善患者运动功能，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 针灸；康复训练；脑卒中偏瘫；可行性 　　[中图分类号] R245 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（c）-0117-03 　　Effects on life quality and feasibility of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy-induced hemiplegia 　　YIN Jiu XIIONG De-fei 　　Rehabilitation Ward No.3，Baian Branch，Central Hospital of Three Gorges in Chongqing City，Chongqing 404000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effects on life quality and feasibility of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy-induced hemiplegia.
