集成神经网络工业产品设计方案评价 　　摘 要： 工业产品设计方案的好坏直接决定了产品带来的经济效益高低，而工业产品设计方案受到多种指标影响，是一个复杂的系统，为了获得理想的工业产品设计方案，提出了集成神经网络的工业产品设计方案评价模型。选择工业产品设计方案的评价指标，并通过层次分析法筛选重要的指标，采用两种神经网络对工业产品设计方案进行评价，并通过确定适合权值得到工业产品设计方案的评价等级，最后通过实例测试评价模型的性能。结果表明，集成神经网络可以准确对工业产品设计方案进行评价，评价结果优于其他模型，验证了该模型的合理性和优越性。 　　关键词： 工业产品； 设计方案； 神经网络； 贡献权值； 评价模型 　　中图分类号： TN711?34； TH166 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 1004?373X（2017）07?0112?04 　　Evaluation of industrial product design scheme based on integrated neural network 　　TANG Shan， QIN Jiayi 　　（School of Mechanical Electrical Engineering， Xuzhou Institute of Technology， Xuzhou 221000， China） 　　Abstract： The design scheme of the industrial product determines the economic benefit of the product directly， and is affected by a variety of indicators. In order to obtain an ideal design scheme of the industrial product， an evaluation model of the industrial product design scheme based on integrated neural network is put forward. The evaluation indicators of the industrial product design scheme are selected， and the important indicators are screened with the analytic hierarchy process. Two neural networks are used to evaluate the design scheme of the industrial product， and determine the suitable weight to obtain the eva?luation grade of the industrial product design scheme. The performance of the evaluation model was tested with an instance. The results show that the integrated neural network can evaluate the industrial product design scheme accurately， its evaluation result is superior to that of other models， and the rationality and superiority of the model were verified. 　　Keywords： industrial product； design scheme； neural network； contribution weight； evaluation model 　　0 引 言 　　随着市场经济的不断发展，企业之间的竞争日益激烈，而工业产品是企业的核心竞争力[1]。针对不同类型用户，设计相应的工业产品是适应现代市场竞争的需要，因此建立科学、合理的工业产品设计方案评价模型成为企业产品创新中的关键问题，具有十分重要的应用价值[2?3]。 　　工业产品设计方案受到多种指标影响，是一个复杂的系统，为此近年来国内外学者进行深入研究。有学者提出模糊聚类分析、灰色聚类分析的工业产品设计方案评价模型[4?5]，这些模型虽然考虑了工业产品设计过程的多个指标，但无法描述工业产品设计方案评价过程中的非线性、随机性问题，局限性十分明显[6]。 　　随着人工神经网络的不断成熟，有学者提出基于神经网
