阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀钙在脑血栓治疗中疗效分析 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.07.104 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨在治疗脑血栓患者时应用阿托伐他汀钙的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院2014年5月―2015年1月收治的102例脑血栓患者，随机分为实验组及对照组，每组51例，对照组患者行常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上应用阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 统计两组脑血栓患者经过治疗后9个月的情况显示：治疗组有效率82.4%，实验组治疗有效率96.1%，明显高于对照组，两组治疗有效情况组间数据比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。经过治疗后6、9个月，实验组患者的颈动脉斑块IMT数值分别为（1.29±0.28）、（1.24±0.25）mm明显低于对照组，组间数据对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑血栓患者效果较好，动脉粥样硬化情况明显改善，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 阿司匹林；阿托伐他汀钙；脑血栓 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（a）-0104-03 　　Analysis of Curative Effect of Aspirin and Atorvastatin Calcium in Treatment of Cerebral Thrombosis 　　QIAN Yan， HE Mai-ding， LI Xin， LYU Shao-kun 　　Department of Rehabilitation， Qujng First People’s Hospital， Qujing， Yunnan Province， 655001 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect of aspirin and atorvastatin calcium in treatment of cerebral thrombosis.
