阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛患者临床效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 观察阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床效果。 方法 选取我院冠心病心绞痛患者110例作为研究对象，收治时间在2013年2月～2015年7月期间，按照随机数字法则分为两组，对照组患者采用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，观察组患者实施阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗，将冠心病心绞痛患者治疗后的各项指标进行对比。 结果 观察组冠心病心绞痛患者药物治疗后的血浆纤维蛋白原（2.01±0.02）g/L、血浆黏度（1.25±0.20）mpa/s、全血黏度指标（35.02±0.03）mpa/s，优于对照组患者（P0.05）；观察组冠心病心绞痛患者药物治疗后的总有效率为94.55%，高于对照组（P0.05）；观察组冠心病心绞痛患者发作间隔时间（5.21±0.16）d、持续时间（4.25±0.17）min、心绞痛发作次数（1.21±0.21）次/d，优于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛具有显著的疗效，值得在临床治疗中大力推广。 　　[关键词] 阿司匹林肠溶片；氯吡格雷；冠心病心绞痛；血浆纤维蛋白原；血浆黏度 　　[中图分类号] R541.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）08-0122-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel on patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods 110 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to July 2015 were selected as the study subjects，and were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number rule.The patients in the control group were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets， and the observation group was given aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel treatment.The indicators after treatment in coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients were compared. Results Plasma fibrinogen （2.01±0.02） g/L， plasma viscosity （1.25±0.20） mpa/s， and blood viscosity index （35.02±0.03） mpa/s in the observation group after treatment were superior to those of patients in the control group（P0.05）. The total effective rate was 94.55% in the coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients of the observation group after treatment， higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. The time interval of onset of angina pectoris was （5.21±0.16） d，and the duration was （4.25±0.17） min， and the frequency of angina episodes was（1.21±0.21） times/day， better than those of the control group （P0.05）.
