预防非计划性患者术中低体温护理干预分析 　　摘要：目的 探讨个体化护理干预在预防非计划性患者术中低体温的应用效果。方法 选取我院80例接受手术治疗的患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，在术中给予两组研究对象不同的临床护理干预措施，其中对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予个体化护理，对比术前、术中、术后患者体温变化情况。结果 对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予个体化护理，即术中给予暖风机给患者加温和使用加温的液体作为冲洗液，在给予不同护理干预情况下，两组患者术中、术后对比，其差异性具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 通过给予患者围手术期个体化护理，有利于降低非计划性患者术中低体温的发生率，确保患者的围术期安全，减少手术综合并发症的发生，提高患者的护理满意度，促进患者术后早日康复。 　　关键词：非计划性；个体化护理；低体温；患者满意度 　　中图分类号：R472.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）21-0144-02 　　Analysis of Prevention and Treatment of Low Temperature Nursing Intervention for Unplanned Patients 　　LUO Bei，YANG Ying，WU He-yu 　　（Operation Room，Union Hospital，Tongji Medical College，Huazhong University of Science and Technology，Wuhan 430022，Hubei，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of individualized nursing intervention in the prevention of unplanned postoperative hypothermia.Methods 80 cases of patients undergoing surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group 40 cases，given clinical nursing intervention of two groups of different research objects during operation，the control group received routine nursing care，the observation group was given individualized nursing， compared with preoperative，intraoperative and postoperative changes of body temperature of patients.Results The control group was given routine care.The observation group was given the individual care，that is，intraoperative heaters were given to the patients to warm and use the heated liquid as the rinse solution.In the given different nursing intervention，two groups of patients，postoperative contrast， statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion By giving individualized nursing patients in peri operation period，reduce unplanned postoperative hypothermia incidence，ensure perioperative safety，reduce operation the incidence of complications，improve nursing satisfaction of patients，promote the early recovery of patients. 　　Key words：Unplanned；Individualized nursing care；Hypothermia；Patient satisfaction 　　非?划性低体温是指在手
