饮食与心理护理对老年乳腺癌化疗患者生活质量与心理状态干预研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨饮食与心理护理干预对化疗过程中老年乳腺癌患者的影响。方法：回顾性分析2012年1月-2013年12月本院收治的210例乳腺癌患者的临床资料，根据护理方式的不同，分为对照组和观察组，对照组100例采用常规化疗期护理措施，观察组110例在常规护理基础上给予饮食及心理护理，比较两组干预前后的心理状况及生活质量。结果：干预后，观察组生活质量评分明显高于干预前及对照组，SCL-90总均分及各因子得分均低于干预前及对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对老年乳腺癌患者在化疗期采取饮食及心理护理的干预措施，可明显改善患者的心理状态，提升患者的生活质量，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 心理护理； 饮食护理； 老年； 乳腺癌； 化疗期 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the influence of diet and psychological nursing on quality of life and psychological state of senile breast cancer patients with chemotherapy.Method：The clinical data of 210 patients with breast cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing models.100 patients in the control group were given conventional nursing during chemotherapy period，110 patients in the observation group were given diet and psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Result：After the intervention，the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than before the observation and higher than that of the control group，the total average score of SCL-90 and the score of each factor in the observation group were lower than before the observation and lower than those in the control group，the differences above were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Diet and psychological nursing intervention in senile patients with breast cancer during the treatment of chemotherapy can significantly improve patients’ quality of life and their psychological status.It is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 Psychological nursing； Diet nursing； Elderly； Breast cancer； Chemotherapy 　　First-author’s address：Feicheng Mining Center Hospital，Tai’an 271608，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.28.022 　　当今社会，随着人们生活节奏的加
