中医综合疗法治疗颈椎病与腰椎病70例临床研究 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨中医综合疗法治疗颈椎病和腰椎病的临床效果。方法：选择2016年8月～2017年8月在我院接受治疗的70例颈椎病和腰椎病患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组均35例患者，对照组采用单一中药内服的方法对患者进行治疗，观察组采用中医综合疗法对患者进行治疗，在治疗之后，对全部患者进行为期半年的随访，对比两组治疗方法的临床效果以及患者的复发情况。结果：在完成治疗之后，观察组患者治疗的总有效率为97.1%。对照组患者治疗的总有效率为82.9%，观察组的治疗效果明显好于对照组；观察组复发率为5.7%，而对照组复发率为20%，观察组患者的复发率明显低于对照组，差异明显，有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用中医综合疗法对颈椎病和腰椎病患者进行治疗，取得了较为理想的临床效果，可以有效改善患者的症状，且治疗后复发率低，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　【关键词】中医综合疗法；颈椎病；腰椎病；临床效果 　　Abstract Objective： To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy on cervical spondylosis and lumbar spondylosis. Methods： in August 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital treated 70 cases of cervical spondylosis and lumbar disease as the research object， were randomly divided into control group and observation group， were 35 patients in each group， control group adopts the method of single medicines are treating patients， observation group using traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy to treat patients after treatment， for six months of follow-up， in patients with all compared two groups of patients with the clinical effect of treatment and relapse. Results： after the treatment， the total effective rate of treatment was 97.1%. The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 82.9%， and the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.7%， while the recurrence rate of the control group was 20%. The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group， and the difference was significant （P0.05）. Conclusion： the combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cervical spondylosis and lumbar disease， obtained more ideal clinical effect， can effectively improve the patients symptoms， and lower recurrence rate after treatment， is worth popularization and application in clinic. 　　Key words： TCM comprehensive therapy； Cervical spond
