高频彩色多普勒超声应用于诊断乳腺肿块临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究高频彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块诊断上的临床价值。方法 方便选取该院超声科在2015年2月―2017年5月收治的86例乳腺肿块患者为研究对象，所有患者均进行高频彩色多普勒超声诊断，观察乳腺肿块的良恶性诊断结果，分析超声检查图像，观察超声检查的特点，明确确诊率。结果 与病理诊断结果相比较，恶性乳腺肿块超声诊断45例，符合率为93.75%（45/48），良性乳腺肿块诊断38例，符合率94.74%（36/38），诊断的准确率为94.19%（81/86），误诊率为5.81%（5/86），乳腺良恶性肿块血流，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 高频彩色多普勒超声检查在乳腺肿块的临床诊断上具有较高的应用价值，其可以比较清晰的显示出乳腺肿块的血流分布情况，有助于进行良恶性诊断，提高诊断的准确性，让患者能够及时接受治疗，值得在临床诊断上推广应用。 　　[关键词] 高频；超声；乳腺肿块；良恶性诊断 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）10（b）-0187-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to study the clinical value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast mass. Methods 86 cases of breast mass treated in this hospital from February 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects， all patients underwent color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and the benign and malignant breast mass were observed， the ultrasound image was analyzed， the characteristics of ultrasonography were observed， and the diagnosis rate was obtained. Results Compared with the pathologic diagnosis results， 45 cases of malignant breast mass by ultrasound diagnosis， the coincidence rate was 93.75%（45/48）， 38 cases of benign breast mass， the coincidence rate was 94.74% （36/38）， the accuracy rate of diagnosis was 94.19% （81/86）， the misdiagnosis rate was 5.81% （5/86）， there were significant differences in blood flow between benign and malignant breast masses， with statistically significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion It has a high application value in clinical diagnosis of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in breast masses， which can show relatively clear blood flow distribution of breast masses， can be helpful for the diagnosis of malignant tumor， and improve the accuracy of diagnosis， so that patients can receive timely treatment， it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical diagnosis. 　　[Key words] High frequency； Ultrasonography； Breast mass； Benign and malignant diagnosis 　　乳腺?[块是临床上比较常见的妇科急病，乳腺癌成
