高血压病从风痰瘀络论治思考 　　摘 要：高血压病属中医“眩晕、头痛”范畴，随着现代人生活习惯的改变及生活节奏的加快，高血压病发病率逐年增高，西药治疗高血压病取得了较好的疗效，使得中医面临严峻的挑战。既往中医对各种原因所致的眩晕多从肝阳上亢、痰浊中阻、肾精亏虚、气血不足论治，取得了一定的疗效，然而，通过对近年来900余篇文献研究表明，高血压病患者中以痰瘀阻络证候最为多见，因此痰瘀阻络是高血压病的重要病机，而风痰瘀络是高血压病发生发展的主要机制。针对这一发病机制，创立熄风化痰通络法治疗高血压病，必将取得较好的疗效，对其诊治思路的探讨研究必将为该类疾病的治疗提供依据。 　　关键词：高血压病；风痰瘀络；熄风化痰通络 　　中图分类号：R259 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1673-7717（2011）04-0750-02 　　Thinking about Curing the Hypertension Illness Through Wind-Phlegm and 　　Blood Stasis Blocking the Collaterals 　　DENG Yue, CHANG Li-ping, QI Feng, LI Shuang-di, CUI Ying-zi 　　（The Affiliated Hospital to Changchun University of Chinese Medicine,Changchun 130021,Jilin,China） 　　Abstract:Hypertension belongs to category of vertigo and cephalalgia, with the change of modern lifestyle and the more quick rhythms of life, morbidity of hypertension is increasing in the world year by year, western medicine has a better therapeutic effect on hypertension, traditional Chinese Medicine has to face the severe challenge. It has showed that Previous studies Curing the vertigo caused by various reasons through sthenia of liver-yang, stagnation of phlegm, deficiency of the kidney essence, deficiency of qi and blood. these acquired a certain therapeutic effect. however, Based on literature research, we found that phlegm stagnation in collaterals syndrome is most common in hypertension patients, phlegm stagnation in collaterals is the important pathogenesis of hypertension, wind -Phlegm and Blood Stasis Blocking the Collaterals is the important critical mechanism of occurrence and development of hypertension. According to this mechanism ,we established the method Calming Wind ,phlegm resolving and dredging collaterals to treat hypertension, it will certainly achieve a better therapeutic effect, explore and research on the diagnostic method and treating approaches will provide evidence for Curing these diseases. 　　Key words:hypertension wind -phlegm and blood stasis blocking the collaterals calming wind；phlegm resolving a
