高血压病住院患者死亡原因分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨高血压病住院患者死亡的原因。方法 选取2015年1月～2017年9月我院的357例死亡的高血压病住院患者作为研究对象，分析患者的临床资料，了解患者的年龄、性别分布，同时总结患者高血压分级分布以及死亡的主要原因。结果 高血压病患者的死亡率随年龄增大呈现增长趋势，且死亡的高血压病住院患者中男性（59.38%）多于女性患者（40.62%）。血压90～99/140～159 mmHg患者28例（7.84%）；血压100～109/160～179 mmHg患者88例（24.56%）；血压≥110/180 mmHg患者241例（67.51%）。死亡原因有恶性肿瘤（40.62%）、循环系统疾病（38.66%）、呼吸系统疾病（8.68%）、消化系统疾病（4.20%）、泌尿系统疾病（2.80%）及其他（5.04%）。结论 高血压病住院患者死亡的原因主要有恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病等，为此，临床应予以高度重视。 　　[关键词]高血压病；住院患者；死亡原因；恶性肿瘤 　　[中图分类号] R544.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（b）-0160-03 　　Analysis of the causes of death in patients with hypertension 　　XU Min-bo LIN Kun 　　Medical College of Shantou University，Guangdong Province，Shantou 515041，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the causes of death in hypertensive patients in hospital.Methods 357 hypertensive patients in hospital who died in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2017 were selected as the subjects.The clinical data of the patients were analyzed to understand the age and gender distribution of the patients.At the same time，the classification of hypertension and the main causes of death were summarized.Results The mortality rate of hypertensive patients in hospital showed an increasing trend with the increase of age，and the mortality rate of males patients with hypertension （59.38%） was more than that of female patients （40.62%）.Patients with blood pressure of 90-99/140-159 mmHg were 28 cases （7.84%），patients with blood pressure of 100-109/160-179 mmHg were 88 cases （24.56%），patients with blood pressure ≥110/180 mmHg was 241 cases （67.51%）.The causes of death were malignant tumors （40.62%），circulatory system diseases （38.66%），respiratory diseases （8.68%），digestive diseases （4.20%），urinary system diseases （2.80%） and others （5.04%）.Conclusion The main causes of death in hypertensive patients in hospital are malignant tumor，circulatory system disease，respiratory system disease and so on.Therefore，the clinic should pay high attention to it. 　　[Key words]Hype
