2012年宜兴市8～10周岁学生尿碘与食用盐碘监测结果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：了解2012宜兴市8～10周岁学生碘营养状况，为碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法：采集宜兴市东、南、西、北、中五个片区107名学生的尿样及其食用的碘盐，用尿碘砷铈催化分光光度（WS/T107-2006）测定尿碘，按国标GB/T13025.7-1999测定盐碘。结果：共检测尿样107份，尿碘中位数为236 μg/L，尿碘100 μg/L有5份，占4.7%；共检测受查学生食用碘盐107份，学生食用盐碘≤20 mg/kg的碘盐5份，占7.7%，检测盐碘中位数26.29 mg/kg。结论：2012年宜兴市8～10周岁学生碘营养状况良好，达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准，但仍需做好动态监测，科学补碘。 　　【关键词】 尿碘； 盐碘； 学生； 监测 　　中图分类号 R15 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）4-0068-02 　　Analysis of Monitoring Results of Urinary Iodine and Iodized Salt Among the Pupils Aged 8-10 in Yixing City in 2012/CHENG Wei.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（4）：68-69 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the iodine nutritional status of pupiles aged 8-10 in Yixing City in 2012 and provide scientific evidence for control of iodine deficiency disorders.Method：The urine samples and the iodized salt samples taken by the pupiles were collected from 107 pupils from the whole Yixing city.
