摘 要 在供应链管理思想的冲击下，采购商与供应商的关系已经逐渐地成为了一种相 互依存的合作关系，在当前对供应商管理的要求中，供应商的质量管理体系依然是 一个薄弱的环节。随着技术进步和经济全球化的迅速发展，供应链及其成员企业面 临着缩短交货期、提高产品质量、降低成本的全球市场的竞争与挑战。 本文阐述了研究供应商评价的背景，对研究的实体对象进行了简要的描述，并 解释了供应商管理的基本概念、理论，同时介绍了早期以及供应链思想下供应商管 理评价的研究状况，进而提出了本文的研究目的、方法以及论文构架。其次， 本文 采取实证研究方法，以研究的实体对象- 东森公司对供应商选择与评价为例详细叙述 了企业在供应商选择与评价方面的现状，指出了东森公司在供应商选择与评价方面 存在的问题，全面分析了引起东森公司在供应商选择与评价方面存在问题的原因， 并以层次分析法为核心思想，构架东森公司的供应商评价体系，并系统地设计了公 司的评价指标。通过对东森公司的供应商评价研究，明确了东森公司在供应商管理 方面改进的方向和方法，同时，也通过对东森公司的供应商评价研究过程，给国内 同等和以下规模的企业提供参考，以提高国内企业在供应商管理方面的整体水平。 关键词：供应商 供应链 评价体系 Abstract In the thinking of the impact of supply chain management, the relationship of purchaser and supplier has gradually become a kind of interdependence and cooperation. In the current supplier management requirements, the suppliers quality management system is still a weak link. With the rapid development of technology, economic globalization, supply chain and related enterprises are facing serious competition and challenges in shortening delivery time, improving product quality, and reducing costs. This thesis describes the background research supplier evaluation,has a brief description of physical objects, and explaines the basic concepts, theories on supplier management. It also introduces the idea of evaluation of supplier status in earlier, and under supply chain management, and then, it put forward about purpose of this thesis in methods and framework. Secondly, this empirical research methods is adopted to study the physical object - Dongsen company for supplier selection and evaluation and details the status quo in supplier selection and evaluation of the company, it also indicates existing problems of Dongsen company in supplier selection and evaluation, and comprehensive analyse the question in supplier selection and evaluation of the company , It systematically structures the supplier evaluation system of Dongsen company , and designes appraisal system of company. On the supplier evaluation of Dongsen company , we not only cle
