发挥司法鉴定职能 服务与谐社会构建 　　（中共浙江省江山市委党校 浙江 江山 324100） 　　 　　【摘 要】为构建社会主义和谐社会服务，是司法鉴定工作当前乃至今后一个时期的重要任务。本文从阐述近年衢州市范围内司法鉴定工作服务和谐社会构建的基本情况及典型案例入手，着重分析了司法鉴定因其自身的性质和功能，对维护司法公正、有效的化解社会矛盾、促进社会和谐具有不可替代的重要作用，并就今后司法鉴定工作如何进一步服务和谐社会提出了几点建议。笔者认为，只有充分认识司法鉴定工作在构建和谐社会中的重要作用，加强司法鉴定管理工作、加大司法鉴定工作宣传力度，切实加强司法鉴定队伍建设，提高司法鉴定人素质和执业水平，才能更好更充分地发挥司法鉴定的独特作用，为构建社会主义和谐社会提供更多更优质高效的法律服务。?? 　　【关键词】司法鉴定；化解纠纷；和谐社会?お? 　　 　　The exertive judicatory authenticates a working talent service harmonious the society set up?? 　　Mao Ling-ying?? 　　 (Zhejiang province Party committee Jiangshan school Jiangshan Zhejiang 324100) 　　?ァ?Abstract】In order to set up socialism harmonious social service, is the judicatory authenticates a work at present is up to now behind a period of important mission. The article from elaborate the recent years judicatory inside the scope in state City authenticates basic circumstance and typical model case that the harmonious society of the work service sets up to commence and emphasize analyzed judicatory to authenticate because of property and function of its oneself, to support judicatory fair, effectively dissolve society antinomy, promote society harmony have the important function that cant act for, and aftertime judicatory authenticate how work is further service harmony society put forward some suggestions.
