Signature: Date: 摘 要 企业文化越来越受到人们的重视，被众多企业家誉为“现代企业之魂”。随着国际 经济一体化逐渐形成，竞争更趋向白热化，企业间购并、联合更加频繁，并呈现出新的 态势，科技发展日新月异，这都要求管理相应地发展、创新，要求管理更加人性化。以 人为本、以人为中心的企业文化型管理作为一种新型管理方式，已显示出强大的功能， 对于正处在转型期的我国企业界更具有非常重要的作用。本文对企业文化理论和实践作 了深入的探讨与研究，阐述了新形势下所应塑造的企业价值观、道德规范及企业精神 等，并通过与日、美两国企业文化的比较，结合中国传统文化与社会现实背景，分析、 总结出中国石化企业文化建设的特色及企业文化的形成过程，提出了一套适合东明石花 企业文化建设的运作程序，对企业培育有独特个性的强有力的企业文化、进行企业文化 重塑、创新，具有一定的指导、参考、应用价值。 关键词： 企业文化 企业价值观 企业精神 道德规范 Abstract The culture of enterprise is more and more valued，and recognized as the “soul of the modern enterprise” by the multitudinous entrepreneur. With the gradual growth of forms of international economy integration, the competition tends to be superheating, the purchase between enterprises or the union of them is more frequent, and presents the new situation. The technical development changes with each new day, all of which requests the management correspondingly to develop, innovation, the humanism of management.
