单双相抑郁患者血浆非酶类抗氧化物与甲状腺激素水平研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探?单、双相抑郁患者血浆非酶类抗氧化物以及甲状腺激素水平的变化及临床意义。 方法 选择2016年2～12月在武汉大学人民医院精神科住院的101例单相抑郁患者（单相抑郁组）、103例双相抑郁患者（双相抑郁组）以及85例健康对照者为研究对象（对照组），根据入组时的问卷及汉密顿抑郁量表评分将单相抑郁组及双相抑郁组患者分别分为消极组和非消极组。检测并比较各组血浆非酶类抗氧化物（血浆尿酸、血浆白蛋白和血浆总胆红素）以及甲状腺激素[游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3），游离甲状腺素（FT4），促甲状腺激素（TSH）]的水平。 结果 双相抑郁组患者血尿酸水平明显高于单相抑郁患者和对照组，单相抑郁患者血尿酸水平低于对照组，单相抑郁组及双相抑郁组白蛋白和总胆红素水平均低于对照组，且双相抑郁组总胆红素水平低于单相抑郁组，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）；单相抑郁组中非消极组FT3水平明显低于消极组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 单、双相抑郁患者体内存在明显的尿酸及白蛋白等非酶类抗氧化剂及甲状腺功能的异常，且血浆尿酸含量有望成为单、双相抑郁患者鉴别的一个辅助参考指标。 　　[关键词] 尿酸；甲状腺激素；总胆红素；白蛋白；抑郁 　　[中图分类号] R749.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2018）03（b）-0100-04 　　Study of plasma non-enzyme antioxidants and thyroid hormone levels in patients with unipolar and bipolar depression 　　FU Linyan LIU Zhongchun XIANG Dan XIAO Jiawei 　　Mental Health Center， Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University， Hubei Province， Wuhan 430060， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the changes of plasma nonenzyme antioxidants and levels of thyroid hormone and their clinical significance in patients with unipolar and bipolar depression.
