体育院校创新人才培养与课程体系与教学内容管理研究 　　摘 要:以体育院校培养创新人才为目标,以课程体系和教学内容为切入点,运用文献综、问 卷调查等方法,对创新人才的内涵,体育院校培养与创新人才相适应的课程体系和教学内容 管理进行研究,结果表明:创新人才由一般素质、创新素质和创新成果三部分组成,从逻辑关系上说,一般素质是基础,创新素质是关键,创新成果是核心;体育院校应注重学生个性 发展,使学生知识结构合理、专业水平突出;增加限制选修课程数量,按一级学科设置限制 选修课小板块,在确保体育学为核心学科基础上,增加一定比例其他一级学科课程和增加一 定比例综合性课程;扩大课程种类,增设艺术类和辩论类课程;更新教学内容,在确保传授 好本专业经典知识基础上,突出传授本专业和相邻专业最新、最前沿知识,鼓励教师将重要研究课题取得的成果充实到教学内容中,适时地增加一些交叉学科知识。 　　关键词:教学管理;创新人才;课程体系;教学内容 　　中图分类号:G807.01 文献标识码:A 文章编 号:1007-3612(2009)07-0072-04 　　 　　AStudy onSports University CurriculumSystem and Teaching Cont ent Administration Based on 　　Innovative Talents Training 　　WANG Xing,SI Hu ke, WU Ying 　　(Shanghai University ofSport,Shanghai200438, China) 　　Abstract: Aiming at the training of innovative talents inSports universities an d taking the curriculumSystem and teaching content as the breakthrough point, t he paper focuses on the connotation of innovative talents, curriculumSystem andteaching content administration adapted to the training of innovative talents.The results indicate that innovative talents consist of general quality which isthe foundation, innovative quality which is the key point, and innovative achie vements which is the core; and thatSports universitiesShould emphasizeStudentS personality developmentSo as to rationalize their knowledgeStructure and to Stress their professionalStandard; and that the universitiesShould increase o ptional courses and other comprehensive courses, and extend categories of courseS, add artistic and debating courses; and that the universitiesShould update th e teaching content, emphasize the most updated knowledge when teachStudents claSsical knowledge of their own profession, and encourage teachers to add their reSearch result and inter discipline knowledge into the teaching content. 　　Key words: teaching administration; innovative talents; curriculumSyste m; teaching content 　　 　　培养创新人才是教育界依据建设创新型国家、城市的宏观背景下做出的重要战略决策,是新 时期高等教育发展的必然选择,也是体育事业发展的客观要求。同时,各学科之间的相互交 叉渗透也为体育院校培养创新人才提供科学支撑。
