With copper accounting for c35% of total COGS and more than 30% of revenue, the company saw gross margin increase by 340bp h-o-h to 17.4% in 1H15 (despite a 4.2% h-o-h revenue decline). We expect margin to continue expanding and now model 18.8% for 2H15 and 18.1% for 2015e (prior 17.2%). 25 August 2
