还少胶囊联合十一酸睾酮软胶囊治疗男性勃起功能障碍临床疗效观察 　　摘 要：目的 探?还少胶囊联合十一酸睾酮软胶囊治疗男性勃起功能障碍（ED）的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年12月于贵阳中医学院第二附属医院泌尿外科门诊就诊ED患者60例，按IIEF-5评分为轻度、中度、重度三个层次的患者随机再分为治疗组（轻度7例，中度18例，重度5例）和对照组（轻度9例，中度15例，重度6例）各30例，分别接受还少胶囊联合十一酸睾酮软胶囊和十一酸睾酮软胶囊单药治疗，以IIEF-5评分评价治疗4 w后两组的疗效及组间差异。结果 治疗4 w后的IIEF-5评分结果显示，患者评分均有所提升，且治疗组轻、中度患者IIEF-5评分相比对照组改善较为显著（P0.05），治疗组总体疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 还少胶囊联合十一酸睾酮软胶囊治疗男性勃起功能障碍疗效优于十一酸睾酮软胶囊。 　　关键词：还少胶囊；十一酸睾酮软胶囊；男性勃起功能障碍 　　中图分类号：R698.1 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.01.055 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）01-0142-03 　　Clinical Efficacy of Huanshao Capsule Combined with Eleven Acid Testosterone Soft Capsule in the Treatment of Male Erectile Dysfunction 　　WANG Shuai1，ZHANG Kai-xiang2 　　（1.Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine/Second Clinical Medical College，Guiyang 550002，Guizhou，China； 　　2.Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Guiyang 550002，Guizhou，China ） 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the Huanshao capsule combined with eleven acid testosterone capsule in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction（ED）patients.Methods From January 2015～2016 year in December to 60 cases of patients with ED in outpatient department of urology of second affiliated hospital of Guiyang college of traditional Chinese Medicine，according to the IIEF-5 score for mild，moderate and severe levels of three patients were randomly divided into treated group （7 mild cases，18 moderate cases and 5 severe cases）and control group（9 mild cases，15 moderate cases and 6 severe cases）30 cases，they were treated with Huanshao capsule combined with eleven acid testosterone soft capsule and eleven acid testosterone soft capsule.The IIEF-5 score was used to evaluate the efficacy and the difference between the two groups after 4 w treatment.Results After treatment of 4 w IIEF-5 score results showed that the score of the patients was improved， and the treatment group，patients with moderate IIEF-5 scores improved significantly compared with the control
