输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗肾和输尿管上段结石的效果观察 　　[摘要]目的 探?输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗肾和输尿管上段结石的临床效果。方法 选择2015年7月～2017年2月在我院就诊的90例肾和输尿管上段结石患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组采用体外冲击波碎石疗法治疗，观察组采用输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗，比较两组的应激指标水平、结石排尽率以及并发症发生率。结果 两组治疗前的Cor、CRP以及IL-6水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组治疗后的Cor、CRP以及IL-6水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的结石排尽率为97.78%，高于对照组的84.44%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率为13.33%，低于对照组的42.22%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 临床采用输尿管软镜联合钬激光疗法治疗肾和输尿管上段结石可以有效提高整体结石排尽率，创伤更小，同时能够更好地控制并发症率，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词]输尿管软镜；钬激光；肾和输尿管上段结石 　　[中图分类号] R691.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（a）-0077-03 　　Effect observation of ureteral soft mirror combined with holmium laser in the treatment of renal and upper ureteral calculi 　　LIU Xue-feng SHI Li-jiao LI Bing-hua 　　Department of Urinary Surgery，Xiangya Pingkuang Cooperation Hospital，Jiangxi Province，Pingxiang 337000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ureteral soft mirror combined with holmium laser in the treatment of renal and upper ureteral calculi.Methods 90 patients with renal and upper ureteral calculi who were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，with 45 patients in each group.The control group was given extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy，and the observation group was given ureteral soft mirror combined with holmium laser.The stress index levels，the exclusion rate of stone and the incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the level of Cor，CRP and IL-6 between the two groups before treatment （P0.05）.The levels of Cor，CRP and IL-6 in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group after the treatment，with significant difference （P0.05）.The rate of stone exclusion in the observation group was 97.78%，which was higher than 84.44% in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The incidence rate of complications in the observ
