长期住院老年精神分裂症患者无陪护护理的效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探析长期住院老年精神分裂症患者无陪护护理效果。方法：选取本院2012年5月-2014年 　　5月收治的长期住院老年精神分裂症患者80例，实施无陪护护理，回顾性分析患者临床资料。结果：80例患者的一般情况如下：55例初中以下，25例高中以上；43例未婚，25例已婚，12例离异；36例能够自理，44例患者自理有难度；72例需给予精神药物；23例合并躯体疾病。无陪护实施前，长期住院老年精神分裂症患者的安全意外事件发生率是48.75%，护理后为3.75%，无陪护实施前后比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：长期住院老年精神分裂症患者实施无陪护护理，能够减少安全意外事件的发生，保障患者生命安全，满足身体与精神护理需求，提高患者的生活自理能力。 　　【关键词】 长期住院； 精神分裂症； 无陪护护理； 效果 　　The Unaccompanied Nursing Observation in Elderly Patients with Schizophrenia of Long-term Hospitalization/SU Min-zhi，ZHENG Chan-yan，CUI Wen-yan，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（34）：084-087 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the effect of long term hospitalization unaccompanied nursing in elderly patients with schizophrenia.Method：80 patients with the old age mental division of long-term hospitalized in our hospital were selected as the research objects from May 2012 to May 2014，they were given the unaccompanied nursing， clinical data of the patients was retrospective analyzed.Result： In all patients， 55 cases of below junior middle school， 25 cases of high school above； 43 cases of unmarried， 25 cases of married， 12 cases of divorce； 36 cases can take care of themselves， 44 cases of patients with self-care difficult； 72 cases of psychotropic drugs； 23 cases combined with somatic diseases.
