阴道后壁黏膜切除联合埋没引线缝合法治疗阴道松弛的临床效果观察 　　【摘要】目的：探究阴道后壁黏膜切除联合埋没引线缝合法治疗阴道松弛的临床效果观察。方法：选取我院自2010年2月至2014年8月收治的60例阴道松弛患者作为研究对象，采取阴道后壁黏膜切除术后，采取随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组，每组各30例。治疗组在采取阴道后壁黏膜切除术后，根据阴道松弛程度于阴道腔隙往深部处联合埋没引线缝合法，对照组仅采取阴道后壁黏膜切除法。对比两组患者术后各等级阴道松弛程度发生率及相关雌激素水平。结果：实验组与对照组术后轻度松弛，中度松弛，重度松弛的发生率相比差异显著（χ2=639，P005；χ2=528，P005；χ2=492，P005）。实验组与对照组FSH、LH、PRH及T的含量相比差异显著（t=468，P005；t=392，P005；t=421，P005，t=501，P005）。结论：采用的阴道后壁黏膜切除联合埋没引线缝合法治疗阴道松弛临床疗效突出，相比于传统仅采用阴道后壁黏膜切除具有诸多优势，可明显提高生活质量。 　　【关键词】 阴道后壁黏膜切除联合埋没引线缝合法；阴道松弛；阴道紧缩术 　　Clinical effect of vaginal back wall mucous membrane excision combined buried suture for the treatment of vagina relaxationREN Weiwei1， WANG Haoran2， ZHANG Yanling3. 1.Department of Gynecology， Ningbo Sixth Hospital， Ningbo 315040， China； 2.Department of Paediatrics and Orthopedics， Ningbo Sixth Hospital， Ningbo 315040， China； 3.
