黄芪多糖抗肿瘤机制研究进展 　　摘要：黄芪在临床治疗肿瘤中有着广泛的应用。近年来对黄芪治疗肿瘤的机制研究持续受到关注，其中黄芪多糖的作用研究较多，现就黄芪多糖治疗肿瘤的机制研究进展做一综述。 　　关键词：黄芪多糖；肿瘤；机制 　　Abstract：Astragalus membranaceus is widely used in treating patients with tumor.In recent years， the anti-tumor mechanism of astragalus membranaceu is paid close attention，especialy the effect of astragalus polysacharin.This thesis summarizes the progress of astragalus membranaceus action mechanism in treating tumor. 　　Key words：Atragalus polysaccharide；Tumor；Mechanism 　　黄芪为豆科植物蒙古黄芪或膜荚黄芪的根，味甘，性微温，归肝、脾、肺、肾经，有益气固表、敛汗固脱、托疮生肌、利水消肿之功效[1]。黄芪多糖是中药黄芪中提取出的大分子多糖类化合物，进一步水解后得到多种糖类单体[2]。
