XIAP和RIP1在结肠癌中表达及相关性研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白（XIAP）与受体相互作用蛋白1（RIP1）在结肠癌中表达与相关性关系。方法：随机选择临床病理资料完善的结肠癌组织蜡块标本58例作为肿瘤组，以正常结肠黏膜组织标本10例作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学方法检测XIAP、RIP1在两组的表达及两者的相关性，并观察两者与各项临床病理参数之间的关系。结果：XIAP与RIP1蛋白在结肠癌组织中高表达，在正常肠黏膜组织中低表达，RIP1与年龄、肿瘤大小、病理分级、淋巴结转移有关（P0.05），XIAP的表达与患者的年龄、临床分期、病理分级相关（P0.05）。XIAP、RIP1在结肠癌组织中的表达呈正相关性（P0.05）。结论：RIP1的表达对结肠癌的发生、发展起重要的促进作用，其可能与XIAP的表达成协同促进关系，两者可以成为结肠癌诊断和预后估计的指标。 　　【关键词】 XIAP； RIP1； 结肠癌 　　中图分类号 R36 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）16-0061-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the expression and correlation of XIAP and RIP1 protein in colon cancer.Method：The clinical and pathological data integral colon cancer tissue specimens 58 cases were randomly seleceted as the tumor group and normal colon mucosa specimens 10 cases were as the control group.Immunohistochemistry assay was used to detect XIAP，RIP1 expression，analyzing their relevance in both groups，and then to observe the relationship between their expression and clinical and pathological parameters for patients.Result：The expression of XIAP and RIP1 protein in colon cancer tissue was high，while normal mucosa was low expression，there were significant correlation between the expression of RIP1 with the patient’s age，histological grade，lymph node metastasis and tumor size（P0.05），and there was significant correlation between the expression of XIAP and the patient’s age，clinical stage，histological grade（P0.05）.The expression of XIAP and RIP1 in colon cancer showed a positive correlation（P0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of RIP1 in colon cancer，may play an important role in promoting its development，which may be associated with the expression of XIAP，the two can be a diagnostic and prognosis indicator of colon cancer. 　　【Key words】 XIAP； RIP1； Colon cancer 　　First-author’s address：Liuzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital，Liuzhou 545001，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.16.033 　　作为严重威胁人类健康的恶性肿瘤之一，在美国大肠癌稳居恶性肿瘤发病率与死亡率的前3位。近年来，我国大肠癌的发病率呈逐年上升趋势，虽然国内对大肠癌的诊疗有了长足的发展，但大肠癌的总体疗效并无显著改善[1]。因此，进一步
