丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸和更昔洛韦联合治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸与更昔洛韦联合治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒（CMV）性肝炎的疗效。方法：将诊断为婴儿巨细胞性肝炎的66例患儿随机数字表法分为两组，治疗组35例，对照组31例，对照组给予清热利胆、保肝退黄、补充维生素等常规治疗；治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸与更昔洛韦，治疗2周后，观察两组在肝脏缩小、血清胆红素及CMV转阴方面的变化情况。结果：治疗2周后，两组在肝脏缩小、降低血清转氨酶、血清胆红素、CMV转阴等方面较治疗前均有改善，但治疗组明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸联合更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎疗效满意，无明显不良反应。 　　【关键词】 婴儿； 巨细胞病毒； 肝炎； 丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸； 更昔洛韦 　　Clinical Observation on Succinic Acid Adenosine Methionine and Ganciclovir Combined Treament Infant Cytomegalovirus Hepatitis/WANG Yu-mei.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（10）：001-003 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To observe the curative effect of Succinic acid adenosine methionine and Ganciclovir combined treatment infant cytomegalovirus （CMV） hepatitis. Method： 66 cases with infant cytomegalovirus hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups， treatment group contained 35 cases and control group contained 31 cases. The control group was given clear heat cholagogic， protect liver back yellow， vitamin supplements and other conventional treatment， the treatment group on the basis of the control group therapy plus with succinic acid adenosine methionine and Ganciclovir. 2 weeks after treatment， the liver to narrow， the changes of serum bilirubin and CMV overcast of the two groups were observed. Result： 2 weeks after treatment， the two groups in the liver to narrow， reduce serum transaminase and serum bilirubin and CMV turn before the treatment were improved. But the treatment group was better than control group， difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
