安徽省首届骨科专科护士现状调查和分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解安徽省首届骨科专科护士的工作现状。 方法 采用整群抽样的方法用自行设计的调查问卷对安徽省首届35名骨科专科护士目前的工作现状进行调查。 结果 77.1%的医院开展了专科护理会诊，所调查的医院均没有开设骨科专科护理门诊，45.7%的专科护士发表了论文，人均论文为0.6篇；97.1%的专科护士希望明确角色定位，65.7%的专科护士希望开展再认证，71.4%的专科护士希望提高待遇，48.6%的专科护士希望在护理行政岗位上升职；专科护士临床实践能力达标率为97.1%，教学指导能力达标率为94.3%，咨询能力达标率为100.0%，科研及信息能力仅68.5%达标。 结论 应科学有效地使用专科护士，发挥专科护士的专科能力，促进骨科专科护理工作的发展。 　　[关键词] 骨科；专科护士；现状调查 　　[中图分类号] R195.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）04（b）-0150-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To understand the working status of the first session specialist nurses of orthopedics in Anhui province. Methods 35 cases of the first session specialist nurses of orthopedics in Anhui province were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about current situation of work by cluster sampling method. Results Specialist nursing consultation was launched in 77.1% of these hospitals，no specialist nursing outpatient was opened among these hospitals，45.7% specialist nurses published papers，per capita paper was 0.6；clear role positioning was needed by 97.1% of these specialist nurses，re-certification was wanted by 65.7% of these specialist nurses，improving treatment was hoped by 71.4% of these specialist nurses，promotion was wanted in 48.6% of these specialist nurses；the target rate of the examination about clinical practice was 97.1%，the target rate of the examination of the ability about teaching guidance was 94.3%，the target rate of the examination of advisory capacity was 100.0%，the target rate of the examination of the ability about scientific research and information processing was only 68.5%.
