多排螺旋CT和MRA在主动脉夹层诊断中应用分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨多排螺旋CT与MRA在主动脉夹层诊断中应用分析。方法 189例主动脉夹层患者均经手术或血管造影证实，观察采用多排螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)与磁共振血管成像(MRA)、经胸超声心动图(TTE)检查诊断符合率。结果 本组病例经多排螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)与磁共振血管成像(MRA)、经胸超声心动图(TTE)检查其中Debakey I型68例，DebakeyⅡ型22例，Debakey IlI型99例，多排螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)与磁共振血管成像(MRA)诊断主动脉夹层与手术或血管造影证实进行比较符合率100%。结论 应用多排螺旋CT血管成像与磁共振血管成像对主动脉夹层能够明确诊断；多排螺旋CT血管成像避免了磁共振血管成像扫描时间长的缺点，并且降低了血流动力学不稳定患者的风险度；多排螺旋CT血管成像是主动脉夹层的一种安全、快速、无创、有效的诊断方法。 　　【关键词】 多排螺旋CT与MRA;主动脉夹层;诊断;应用分析 　　 　　The application of multislice spiral CT and MRA in the diagnosis of aortic dissection 　　WU Qingwu,SUN Fengxia,YUE Wei,et al.The Radiology Derpartment of The First Affilicated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University,Henan 453100,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application of multislice spiral CT and MRA in the diagnosis of aortic dissection.Methods 189 patients of aortic dissection were confirmed by surgery or angiography,the coincidence rate of diagnosis were observed using multislice spiral CT angiography(MSCTA),magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)and transthoracic echocardiography(TTE).Results 68 cases of Debakey I type,22 cases of Debakey Ⅱ type,99 cases of Debakey IlI type were confirmed by multislice spiral CT angiography(MCTA),magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)and transthoracic echocardiography(TTE)，in whichmultislice spiral CT angiography(MSCTA)and magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)diagnosis of aortic dissection and confirmed by surgery or angiography were more in line with rate of 100%.Conclusion Aortic dissection can be confirmed by multislice spiral CT or magnetic resonance angiography.Compered with magnetic resonance angiography,multislice spiral CT angiography has the short scanning time,and it can reduce the risk of patients with hemodynamic instability.Multislice spiral CT angiography in aortic dissection is a safe,rapid,noninvasive and effective diagnostic method. 　　【Key words】 Multislice spiral CT and MRA; Aortic dissection; Diagnosis; Application 　　 　　主动脉夹层(aortic dissection，A
