学校代码：10904 学校代码：10904 学 士 学 位 论 文 武术文化在高校武术教学中的重要性 姓 名： 步峰峰 学 号： 200709110201 指导教师： 房斌 院系（部所）： 体育系 专 业： 体育教育 完成日期： 2011年5月 武术文化在高校武术教学中的重要性 PAGE 1 武术文化在高校武术教学中的重要性 专 业 ：体育教育 姓名：步峰峰 指 导 教 师 ：房斌 摘 要 中华武术源远流长、博大精深, 是我国民族传统体育中的瑰宝和精萃。武术文化是中国传统文化的组成部分, 是中国传统文化的沉积反映和产物再现。它在长期的发展过程中, 融汇和汲取了诸多社会领域中的营养, 有着丰富的内涵。因而, 可以说武术文化是一个以武术为载体的、其内容具有哲理性和艺术性, 其方法具有科学性的独立完整的文化体系。 在当今这个文化融合的时代，武术的传承与发展离不开高校教育，武术文化深入到高校，形成了特色的高校武术文化，高校武术文化既是锻炼人教育人的一种重要手段，同时有利于进一步推动武术事业的发展，因此对高校武术文化进行分析研究有着积极的现实意义。本文针对武术在高校教学中的开展状况，运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、访谈法等，对武术文化对于高校武术教学的重要性进行了分析研究，得出了要想取得好的武术教学成果不仅应该重视技击的传授而且更要重视武术文化的传承，并且提出了在高校的武术教学中，要注重强化本土化教育，把“技术型武术”和“理论型武术”结合起来，才能有利于武术运动的可持续发展。通过传播武术文化，加强高校与社会的联系,加强人与人的联系,可以调节大学生的心理,增进他们的身心健康,提高他们的综合能力，还可以培养学生正确的世界观和人生观。为建设社会主义和谐社会培养高素质全面发展的人才。 关键词 武术文化 高校 武术教学 Abstract A chinese martial arts, and broad and profound , is our national traditional sports in the martial arts and cultural treasures .
