我院抗菌药物应用和细菌耐药性分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析本院抗菌药物应用情况和细菌耐药性相关性，研究抗菌药物用药频度（DDDs）和细菌耐药性之间的关系，为临床应用抗菌药物提出合理化建议。 方法 对2010～2013年12种抗菌药物年用量和医院常见病原菌对这些药物的耐药性进行统计学分析，分析DDDs与细菌耐药性之间的相关性。 结果 2010～2013年12种抗菌药物的DDDs呈波动状况，细菌耐药率逐年上升；DDDs排名前列的药物，细菌耐药性较高。 结论 抗菌药物不合理应用会加速细菌耐药性的发生，合理规范地应用和管理抗菌药物可以延缓耐药菌的产生，对临床治疗有重要意义。 　　[关键词] 抗菌药物；细菌耐药性；用药频度；药敏试验 　　[中图分类号] R969.3[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（c）-0145-03 　　 　　The application of antimicrobial drugs and analysis of bacterial resistance in our hospital 　　ZHANG Chun-ying 　　Department of Pharmaceutial administration,Shangqiu Central Hospital in Henan Province,Shangqiu 476000,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application of antimicrobial drugs and analysis of bacterial resistance in our hospital,and research the relationship between the antimicrobial drugs DDDs and bacterial resistance,so as to make rationalization proposals for clinical use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods 12 kinds of antibacterial drugs′ annual consumption from 2010 to 2013 and resistance of common pathogens to these drug was statistically analyzed,and the correlation between DDDs and bacterial resistance was analyzed. Results The DDDs of 12 kinds of antibacterial drugs from 2010 to 2013 were in fluctuating state,and bacterial resistance rate increased year by year;the higher the rank of DDDs in antimicrobial drugs,the higher the bacterial resistance. Conclusion Unreasonable use of antimicrobial drugs will accelerate the production of bacterial resistance.Reasonably standardized application and management of antimicrobial drugs can delay the produce of resistant,is of great significance to the clinical treatment. 　　[Key words] Antimicrobial drugs;Bacterial resistance;DDDs;Susceptibility testing 　　抗菌药物在国内医院临床的滥用情况愈发严重，造成医院院内感染细菌耐药株和耐药水平直线上升。因此原卫生部要求各级医院加强抗菌药物临床应用的监管，根据全国各监测点的细菌耐药监测结果，结合各地实际情况，逐步建立抗菌药物临床应用预警机制，采取相应的干预措施[1-2]。为了更全面地了解本院抗菌药物应用和细菌耐药性情况，本研究选取临床常用的12种抗菌药物，对比研究分析其2010～2013年抗菌药物应用频度和细菌耐药性之间的关系，以期为临床合理选择抗菌药物提供依据。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 抗菌药物应用相关数据 　　调取本院HIS系统201
