外爬架和卸料平台交替提升施工技术 　　摘要： 采用卸料平台与外爬架同步设计，外爬架预留卸料平台位置，卸料平台采用型钢悬挑式卸料平台，卸料平台安装后作为独立于外爬架的部分，与外爬架没有任何连接、交叉部分，施工时，外爬架可直接提升，卸料平台在待外爬架提升后进行提升。组装外爬架时将设计确认好的卸料平台位置预留出，在该预留位置的上方采取剪刀撑进行加固，同时对该位置的三面进行全封闭封挡，以防杂物掉入卸料平台。外爬架组装完成后即可进行卸料平台的安装，卸料平台的制作及安装必须严格按照施工方案进行。当主体某层施工完后，因卸料平台与外爬架没有任何交叉、连接部分，即可直接进行外爬架的提升；外爬架提升完成后，再进行卸料平台的提升，然后继续下一层的主体结构施工，如此重复交替提升外爬架与卸料平台，直至整个建筑主体结构封顶。 　　Abstract： Using the synchronization design of unloading platform and the external climbing frame， the external climbing frame reserves the position for unloading platform. Unloading platform uses steel cantilever type unloading platform. After the unloading platform is installed， it is an independent part of the outer climbing frame. It doesnt has connection and cross with the outer climbing frame. During construction， the outer climbing frame can be directly promoted， and the unloading platform is improved after the external climbing frame is promoted. When the outer climbing frame is assembled， the position of the confirmed unloading platform should be reserved. The shear reinforcement is used on the top of the reserved position. At the same time， the three sides of the location are fully closured to prevent debris fall into the unloading platform. After the external climbing frame is assembled， the installation of the unloading platform can be carried out. The manufacture and installation of the unloading platform must be carried out strictly in accordance with the construction plan. When the construction of a layer of the main body is finished， the external climbing frame can be directly lifted because the unloading platform doesnt have any cross and connection with the external climbing frame. The lifting of unloading platform should be done after the lifting of the external climbing frame and then the next layer of the main structure of the construction will be continued. External climbing frame and unloading platform should be alternately repeated until the main structure of the whole building has seen roof
