胃癌组织中microRNA―224阳性表达和患者预后相关性分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨microRNA-224于胃癌组织中的阳性表达与患者临床病理特征及预后的相关性。方法：应用原位杂交技术检测microRNA-224在50例石蜡固定癌旁非肿瘤胃黏膜组织及112例石蜡胃肿瘤组织切片中的表达情况，分析其与肿瘤患者各病理参数及预后的相关性。原位杂交按照原位杂交试剂盒的说明书进行。结果：microRNA-224在胃癌组织中阳性表达率49.1%（55/112），癌旁非肿瘤胃黏膜组织中阴性表达。其阳性表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移及浸润深度存在相关性（P0.05）。microRNA-224阴性表达比阳性表达者5年生存率高，差异有统计学意义（P0.001）。经COX多因素分析显示：microRNA-224的表达是影响胃癌患者预后的独立因素之一（P0.05）。结论：microRNA-224在肿瘤组织中阳性表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移及浸润深度密切相关，是影响胃癌患者预后的独立因素之一。 　　【关键词】 microRNA-224； 原位杂交； 胃癌； 预后 　　中图分类号 R735.37 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）27-0001-03 　　Correlation Analysis of MicroRNA-224 Expression in Gastric Carcinoma Tissues and Patients’ Prognosis/SHAO Chang-ming，SHAO Qin-shu.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（27）：1-3 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the correlation of the expression of microRNA-224 in human gastric cancer tissues and clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of patients.Method：In situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of microRNA-224 in 112 paraffin-embbeded human gastric cancer tissue sections and 50 cases of adjacent non-tumor gastric mucosa，and its relationship between various pathological parameters and prognosis of the patients was then analyzed.The procedures performed according to manufacturer’s instructions of sensitivity-enhanced in situ hybridization kits.Result：MicroRNA-224 was negative in human non-tumor gastric mucosa samples，but was positive in 55 of 112 cases（49.1%） of gastric cancer.Positive expression of microRNA-224 correlated with the depth of invasion，lymph node metastasis，distantmetastasis and TNM stage（P0.05）.The 5-year survival rate of patients with a positive expression of microRNA-224 was significantly lower than that in patients with negative expression，the difference was statistically significant（P0.001）.Cox regression analysis showed that the expression of microRNA-224 was one of the independent prognostic factors for patients with gastric cancer（P0.05）.Conclusion：Positive expression of mi
