湖南省生物医药产业发展现状和对策研究 　　[摘要] 为了了解湖南省生物医药产业发展的现状，本文通过问卷与文献回顾等，统计和分析了湖南省生物医药产业发展的基础、优势、机遇与挑战，认为湖南省生物医药产业发展势头良好，不仅经济总量增长较快，而且结构调整成效显著，企业规模不断壮大，品牌产品也脱颖而出。“十一五”以来，全省生物医药工业总产值年均增速25%左右。2014年，全省生物医药经济总量超过1700亿元。面对生物医药产业发展的机遇与挑战，笔者建议在“十三五”或更长一段时期，湖南省应该构建完善的生物医药产业发展支撑体系，包括政策支撑体系、金融支撑体系、创新支撑体系、人才支撑体系、诚信支撑体系、服务支撑体系，做强现代中药产业，做优化学制药产业，做精生物技术药物、高端医疗器械和制药机械产业。 　　[关键词] 湖南省；生物医药产业；发展；对策 　　[中图分类号] R426.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2015）09（c）-0129-05 　　[Abstract] To understand the current situation of bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry in Hunan Province， this paper makes statistics and analysis on the basis， advantages， opportunity and challenge of bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry in Hunan Province through the questionnaire and literature review， and so on， which thinks that the development of bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry in Hunan Province has a good momentum， not only the economic aggregate is growing fast， but also the structure adjustment has achieved outstanding effects， enterprise scale is gradually enlarging， the brand name products are also talent showing themselves. Since the eleventh five-year plan， the total output value of bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry of whole province has an average annual increase of 25% approximately. In 2014， the economic aggregate of bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry was more than 170 billion yuan. Facing the opportunity and challenge of bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry， the author suggests that， in the stage of the thirteenth five-year plan or even much longer， Hunan Province should establish a thorough support system for the development of bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry， including policy support system， financial support system， innovation support system， talent support system， integrity support system， service support system， which is recommended to do a strong modern Chinese medicine industry， to do the best chemical pharmaceutical industry， to do fine biotechnology， hig
