移动互联网视域下大学生网络道德失范问题和教育策略研究 　　摘要：网络道德教育有“网络道德”的教育以及道德教育“网络化”，既培养主体“网络德性”又以网络作为“教育工具”三种观点。失范问题归因为网络技术因素（开放性、虚拟性等特征）；社会环境影响；技术保护措施失灵、法律监控失效，市场机制弱化；政府、高校、社会、家庭等对教育重视不足；网络主体道德知行不一、言行脱节。从外部环境入手，优化网络思政教育队伍、网络立法、行政、执法和司法队伍，健全网络道德行为规范，完善制度法规，变革传统道德教育方法、模式，加大网络管控、治理力度，构筑生态环境教育载体，约束网络行为。从内部环境入手，提升大学生网络道德意识，强化网络媒介素养教育，增强其信息甄别力、选择力和运用力。 　　关键词：大学生；网络道德失范；教育策略 　　中图分类号：D62 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1003-8256.2017.05.010 　　Abstract：About network moral education， moral education network， network moral education，not only to cultivate the main body of network morality， but also to the network as an educational tool three perspectives.Anomie due to network technology factors （open， virtual etc.）， the influence of social environment reduces the individual moral quality， embodied in the network society， the failure of technology protection failure， legal supervision means， market mechanism，government weakened， universities， society and family， lack of attention to the subject of network education， moral knowledge and disjointed words and deeds.Starting from the external environment， optimize the network ideological and political education team， network counseling and law enforcement team， improve network ethics， network behavior， network system and regulations， methods， change the traditional mode of moral education， strengthening network supervision and control efforts， constructs the ecological environment education network， network behavior constraints.Starting from the internal environment， to enhance the network moral literacy of college students， strengthen the network media literacy education， and enhance the network moral consciousness and information screening ability of college students. 　　Keywords：College students；Network moral anomie；Education strategy 　　?W络技术的发展、普及和广泛应用，不仅创新了大学生人际交往的实践手段，延长和扩展了交往的时间和空间范围，还深刻地改变着他们的生活模式，然而，网络是一柄双刃剑，网络社会中的不良、错误、有害，甚至反动信息，对可塑性极强的大学生群体的世界观、人生观、价值观等造成严重误导和侵蚀。因此，中国特色的网络道德和教育策略在此移动互联网时代背景下呼之欲出。道德具有相对独立性与传承性，虽然网络道德的构建与传统的道德建构有所区别，但它反映的依然是计算机后
